Trenbolone is a potent anabolic steroid first used to increase weight and stimulate appetite in reared animals for veterinary purposes. The steroid is not used for longer duration of action in its basic form; rather, it is used as esterified derivatives, one of which is acetate. The anabolic drug is characterized by its high anabolic activity and provides a number of highly regarded positive effects in sports.

Tren Acetate (trenbolone acetate) is the most popular steroid ester, notable for its shortest time of action (no more than 3 days). The active component settles in the deposits of fat and is then released into the bloodstream gradually. The half-life of the medication determines the frequency of administration, which is not always convenient for beginners.

Trenbolone Acetate Benefits

Trenbolone has a high binding power, 5 times greater than testosterone. When it comes to muscle growth and endurance enhancements, then Acetate is considered an effective medication. Due to the lack of estrogen activity, the anabolic steroid has gained popularity as it does not lend itself to conversion under the influence of aromatase. In pre-competitive periods, participating athletes use the drug as the active ingredient can be found up to five months after the cycle.

Possible Side Effects

Athletes may encounter such side effects as insomnia, hypertension, acne, hair loss, oily skin, aggression. The drug cycle may also result in lower sexual vigor and flaccid penile erection (a common occurrence). Such effects are dependent on individual users and may even be the opposite. Significantly exceeded dosages and cycle duration may result in testicular atrophy due to substantial suppression of the production of testosterone. To stop these reactions, chorion gonadotrophic hormone injections and cabergoline are used.

Trenbolone does NOT cause any toxic effects on the liver and kidneys. Many athletes believe that acetate is toxic, but it’s just not true. Urine acquires red tint due to metabolites excreted during the cycle which is often interpreted as kidney damage.

Administration and Dosage

A solo cycle of Trenbolone Acetate is quite potent, which is why women and beginner athletes do not use the steroid. The optimum dose is 50 mg daily, or every other day at 100 mg of the active component. Use should begin with minimal dosages and be gradually increased to the optimal ones for the drug’s full effect. Duration of the cycle shouldn’t exceed 5-6 weeks.

At week 5, gonadotropin injections are started (use begins at 500-1000 IU daily at the second week of the cycle and continues until the third week after steroid use is completed) if the cycle is expected to last for 8 weeks.

After the active component is completely excreted from the body, post-cycle therapy should start, so about 2-3 days after the last injection. Clomid is used during PCT (it can be replaced only by toremifene). It is highly discouraged to use tamoxifen, as it appears to intensify trenbolone progestin effects. Boosters of testosterone are also important to restore the function of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis (Tribulus, 6-OXO, D-aspartic acid and others). A healthy sports diet can also help to make the trenbolone drug cycle more effective.

Combined Cycles

There’s no need to combine trenbolone acetate with any other anabolic drugs for muscle growth. It can be combined with various drugs for cutting, for example:

1. Trenbolone acetate + Winstrol. 100 mg of trenbolone every other day and 30 mg of Winstrol daily.
2. Trenbolone acetate + Anavar. 40 mg of Anavar every day and 50 mg of acetate daily.

During such combined cycles, only half of the maximum dosage of drugs is used. Combined cutting cycles should last no longer than eight weeks. It is not necessary to use antiestrogens. During a combined cycle, trenbolone acetate dosage should not exceed 50 mg daily.

The hormone can also be used for accelerated muscle mass growth as part of a combined cycle. In this case, 250 mg of testosterone enanthate is used per week and every two days, 100 mg of trenbolone acetate is used. The length of the cycle should not be more than 10 weeks. It is essential to use PCT with Clomid. Around 200 mg per week of nandrolone can be added to the mix, but this is not necessarily due to the risks of progestin symptoms such as gynecomastia and flaccid penile erection.
